Mister Ali Karapinar, founder and curator of the Kusadasi  Virtual Museum, was born in Istanbul in 1954. Having ended his secondary education to the secondary school of Galatasaray  in Istanbul,  he left for France where he studied the journalism and the plastic arts. Holder of the Mastery of plastic arts of the University of Bordeaux III, Karapinar settled down, in 1989 ,  to Kusadasi, on the aegean coast of Turkey, where he should work as journalist and professional tourist guide.


Concerns to make discover the cultural heritage of Turkey, Karapinar  designed sites on internet.  His Web tv entitled " Turk Travel Tv "  suggests to the surfers discovering the archaeological and tourist resources of Turkey in  Real videos. Parallel to  its broadcasting on internet, the Turk Travel TV  is also diffused,  since November 26, 2001, on the satellite ASTRA by the French company Infocast.


As regards  KUSADASI VIRTUAL MUSEUM , it is about a real virtual museum because the works which it includes  are authentic but as there is no museum in Kusadasi, they are visible only in the galleries of our cyber-museum.

Karapinar keep, nevertheless, the hope that one day  this is going to open its doors really and this Web site will there be maybe the precursor...
